Under normal care and regular maintenance, brand new E-Cycles are warranted to be free of defects in materials as stated in the following (This warranty is not applicable to any sale items, foldables, ex-lease and rental units):

The E-Cycle warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to normal consumer use of the product. Any other uses including rental fleet, commercial setting, or government fleet will void this warranty. Inappropriate operations such as trick riding, abusive riding, off-road riding, or rider weight in excess of the handling limits will automatically void the warranty.
The Purchaser must present the original copy of the sales invoice in order for E-Cycle to honour the warranty
Parts under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option excluding labour when presented to an authorized service centre or dealership. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear items including tires, brakes, chains, belts, switches, fuses and bulbs.
All implied warranties are limited to the stated periods. We are not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or modify a warranty claim at any time and from time to time in our sole discretion.
All warranties will be honoured when and only when the E-Cycle product(s) has been purchased from a current authorized E-Cycle dealership. Our warranty is not applicable to any E-Cycle products that have been purchased at a non-authorized E-Cycle dealership.
